"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Great experience with their building services. The team was professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. The work was completed efficiently and the final result exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!"

"Hired Pacific Sands after we lost our home in the Eaton Fires in Altadena. We were very happy with their team and the designs they finished for us. Their permitting team was amazing too, so happy they were able to help with that part of the process. too."

"5V is very knowledgeable on residential design, permitting and construction. They are especially helpful on ADUs, knowing what can be built per code and how to get the most out of your property."

"I had my garden and bathroom remodel done. Albert and Samuel were professional, friendly, and a delight to work with. They're responsive and reliable. I also like the subcontractors whom they used on my project. They kept me informed of everything and I appreciate their excellent work."

"Jessa was wonderful to work with! She explained the process in a way I could understand, was prompt with communications and I actually enjoyed it. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"I was informed of work progress at all times and work was done on time."
