"Very well. The kitchen was a sad little box but Designer Lifestyles came up with a remodeling plan that completely opened up the kitchen and gave us even more cabinet storage. The bathrooms needed significant upgrades. The owner bathroom also needed additional remodeling and Designer Lifestyles installed a new very attractive shower that was a major improvement. The prior owners left exterior siding in even worse shape then we knew but Designer Lifestyles got crews in there and replaced the rotting OSB and all of the siding very quickly."

"We had a large Playhouse built on our property. It was basically a small house insulation drywall siding shingle roof windows air-conditioning. Dave Farmer showed up on time with his helper. Took them an hour and a half to completely finish the job. The work was very organized. They hauled off all the debris. I watch them do most of the demolition. I was very impressed. They are very polite and the cost was reasonable. well worth the money. They also do home improvement just about anything. Thank you, Dave for a job well done. I will definitely use them again."

"We contracted Paul West and Viridian Builders this summer to complete a significant renovation right after we purchased a home in Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Paul was by far the most professional and responsive contractor we interacted with during the bid process and he maintained that level of professionalism throughout the project. The house was move-in ready within 5 weeks and very close to budget considering complexities that were discovered during the demo process. Paul was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout the project. The sub-contractors Paul recruited for the project were all respectful and polite in our interactions. Lastly, Paul appreciated that we wanted to get the best value for our renovation budget and frequently offered his advice on how to best use our funds recognizing we were on a finite budget. "I called several companies to get a quote and neither one showed interest in coming over to inspect the damage unless I was comfortable with their phone quote and gave them some confirmation that I would be working with them. AAA Construction was the only company that scheduled a next day visit for a visual inspection of the damage without any guarantee that they would get the job. The owner came in and explained what would need to be done depending on the extent of the damage once the wall and flooring was removed. I received a quote the very next day. All my questions regarding the quote and work were answered before I even agreed to do the job with them. 
Regarding the job itself, the crew that was sent to my house was very professional and did a really nice job (a lot of attention to detail). They were bilingual (Spanish and English) which is a plus for me since my husband doesn't speak Spanish and my mother who was the one at home letting the crew in to do the repairs only speaks Spanish. The crew was very careful leaving everything clean whenever they finished for the day.
The entire job took about a week, just like they had anticipated, and I'm really pleased with the results. 
I would definitely hire AAA Construction again if needed.
