"Please do not hire this company. Throughout our process, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered. Before our fees were paid, they always responded within hours; it was great. Little did I understand how their company works. Your initial people are just salespeople so they are motivated to both push for the sale and also provide quick customer service. However, once you pay your fees, they just farm out your work to random people all over the planet. They have no control over those people, so they cannot guarantee their work product or their timelines. I emailed the company multiple times and IF they responded, it was very slow and they promised to get back with the information we needed. Of course, that rarely, if ever happened. Dealing with this company caused delays and way more stress than I could have even expected. I requested a refund when they were not producing our contracted plans, and they flat-out refused, knowing that it would be difficult for us to collect."

"Regretful experience. Roger was in over his head I believe in our small commercial job. Kept trying to be the "Quarterback" as he called it - to be involved with everyone and everything...my thoughts are it was for padding the bill...I could not reconcile his billings with our progress and he charged us a full hour of his time to review a short email - and then did not include the email info in his drawings. When I asked about it he couldn't recall the email at all and said he didn't receive it. He billed us $11000 against a $15k job and yet nothing was done but measurements of the building. Nothing to bring to town hall or work with our mechanical engineer. I found him argumentative, very forgetful and insistent on his ideas - but he knew nothing about our industry. He ignored specific requests in favor of what he wanted to do. He even wanted to charge for his time taken to send us a bill! That is not allowed in CT. Would not recommend."

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
