"Bob & his team were recommended by McFall Builders and I can see why. They were very professional in removing the old units and installing the new ones. In fact the first floor unit was removed from the garage floor (It took up so much space my car would not fit in the garage) and installed over the entry door. They use wide filters which was important to control the dust as we renovated our home. They are available if a problem crops up and prompt to handle it. We appreciate them and are happy to recommend them."

"They did a pretty good job of cleaning the siding of the house but I really signed up for them to get the gutters clean which they didn't do very well. I ended up having to get somebody else to come out and finish cleaning the gutters. We had stopped ups with the storms and hurricanes we had. They didn't clean the gutters. They were good about calling and showing up on time. It was just that I was expecting the gutters and downspout to be clear and clean, and they were not. They did clean the siding well and cleaned that part of the house but not the gutters. When the rains came afterward, I saw that the gutters weren't really clean. They cleaned the side of the gutters but I took the deal with the anticipation that when they say clean gutters, it was actually clean the gutters out, not the side of it. They did not charge any additional fee. When they say they are going to clean gutters, then I would expect that they had to get up. We have a 2-storey house so cleaning the gutters is not an easy matter. It seems to me that they need to take away the gutter cleaning if they are not prepared to do it. It's nice to see a deal like that, particularly when I'm trying to get something done. It was good that they came out. I think they were in a hurry. They did it all pretty quickly but again it was only $275. My only complaint essentially is that they didn't really clean the gutters. It was a reasonable price. If they cleaned the gutters, I would have been totally happy. They got back to me quickly and they showed up on time."

"A/C went out Sunday night. Called first thing Monday and had a service man, Frank, arrive that afternoon. A/C was still under parts warranty but not labor. Frank diagnosed and replaced the part in about 30 minutes. Once replaced, Frank stood by to check on the A/C function. A/C hadn't been properly serviced in a long time. Frank signed me up for a service call for later in the week. Frank was friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. Paid about $142 for call out and pre-paid $193 for the unit service call. A/C Service Man, Trae-von, arrived on time as scheduled. He called ahead when he was about 15 minutes out which was nice, so i could get my dogs secured. He explained what he was going to do and worked for about an hour checking and cleaning out my compressor and air handler. Very professional and polite."

"From the first contact (Fred!) this company has proved to be the most professional and efficient I have had the pleasure to deal with. My AC had broken down and the high temperatures and humidity in North Florida can be health threatening... Fred, their dispatcher, was super nice and scheduled a visit by a technician (Jared) and was extremely professional over the phone. Jared arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to troubleshoot, starting with the basics after listening to my description of what I had observed. He narrowed it down and voila! The AC is now cooling my house again and life is good. Jared explained everything he had found and what he had done to correct it and gave me a detailed receipt. Needless to say Jared was very professional and extremely polite. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quick response of this company. "I called AirAnomics for an appointment and was given the availability, cost and method of cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later and was asked if wanted to be on cancellation call to which I replied in the affirmative. I was told awaiting a call back for appointment scheduled within the hour and if not received would call me back. Received a call from the owner asking if could come in an hour as no call back from scheduled call. AirAnomics arrived on time, followed requests for not entering/exiting from home without me being by door because of my cats, performed the work in professional manner, cleaned up some dust droppings from disconnect of hose, presented the bill as quoted, returned water hose to coil that had used to wash out vacuum filter and departed. I asked if they had a yearly reminder list in their database and was told that they do not like to present the company as pushing for biz, however would appreciate if I called them again next year. I assured them I would mark my calendar and do so."

"Summertime in Florida without A/C is no fun. Comfort Temp's <strong>Josh (Gainesville)</strong> found out the problem immediately (I used to be the superhero in the house - now my wife says to call Josh!). Anyways, he got the motor replaced at a very affordable price and had one ready to go. We also had Richard's ductwork team separately do the cleaning of all our home's ducts. Between that and the A/C we are feeling much better. These folks are not only good at what they do they truly represent their company well with their "can do" attitudes. Tom and Steve - these guys are "keepers". I have had other companies' technicians in our home over the years for painting, electrical, etc. and it is not uncommon to hear them belittle the competition or even their own managers.
