The contract covered details of cost, including labor and material plus warranty agreement. Price quoted is what we paid. Workers were punctual and worked steadily. They took a reasonable time for lunch break. They were very polite and seemed to be conscientious about their work performance. Trevon did keep an eye on them. He did leave out a couple of times but came back in a timely manner to oversee what was going on. They had a magnet roller that collected most of the nails that were in the yard. They did a real good job of covering the area around the house where the old shingles were going to fall. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. The job took a good two days to complete."

On the basis of that work I hired him to replace the remainder to the garage roof and also do the flat roof portion of our home (we have 3 separate roofs on the buildings.) "It was excellent, it was fine work. Essentially they guttered my house and installed two underground drains. I have some drainage issues, some of the spots are not good.  So, I During the hurricane, we got about 14-15 inches of rain in a very short time. I had no backup problems at all. the drains work perfectly the drains look good. There were some issues initially because of the changes I made. We had to reschedule their trips a couple of times. They were very flexible and accommodating. They probably made at least one extra trip out here for my request and I ended up getting it for the original price. So, I'd say that was a good deal. they were really clean no sharp objects left around. I have dogs, so, I'm very sensitive to sharp objects those type of things, but they were neat and clean."
