"We hired Sebastian and his team to paint the walls, refinish the floors, and build out a laundry room in the basement before we moved into a house that we had bought. His team actually ended up painting, refinishing floors, installing new windows, building out the laundry room, replacing all the outlets, installing new outlets, fixing squirrel damage, and adding a masonry lintel to the fireplace. Sebastian always met every increase in the scope of the project with a smile and still finished on time. He's also up front with the pricing and provides regular updated quotes over the course of a project so there are no unpleasant financial surprises at the end."
