The exhaust duct of the fan turned out to be filled with a nest of birds that came in through a broken vent cover. The work on the dryer duct uncovered poorly installed dryer exhaust hose. For both of them the technicians spent the extra time to find solutions, including a trip to a hardware store to get some parts to fix the issues. They also provided a lot of advice. Nice people, very courteous, pleasant to deal with."

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates.
