William (co-owner) and each of the sub-contractors (drywall, electrical, plumber, tile, HVAC, flooring, granite fabricator) visited our home over a couple of days prior starting the project so they could see what needed to be done, avoid any surprises and accurately determine costs. We had access to the project schedule via the online app BuilderTrend before work began so we knew what work and who would be coming next. Project Manager Mike called to let us know if there was a change in the daily schedule or a work crews’ arrival time.
