"Despite repeated calls expressing concerns over areas of fungus, weeds and sod web worms, six months later the areas have spread to the point I have thinning and dead grass, in large areas of what was a beautiful lawn. The final straw was this past week. When called prior to the tech coming out, I told him of my concerns with spots of fungus and holes chewed in the blades of grass as well as the dead grass and thinning areas. I was assured once again, it would be addressed. When I got home and read the techs report, the lawn had been treated for weeds."

"Our lawns continue to be an embarrassment to us due to the numerous dead spots and out-of-control weeds after spending over $700 in lawn care treatment during 2015.  Month after month of fungicide and other treatments have not made any changes.  The owner has explained that due to tripling his business he cannot be on site to take care of problems beyond the usual mowing, trimming and other simple services.  His mowing and trimming crew is very good and helpful.  Without his direct on-site supervision, his crew is not qualified to manage lawn treatment services nor, apparently, is the owner.  Every neighbor seems to have solved the problem of lawn treatment so it appears we shall seek a qualified lawn treatment and lawn care service effective October 1."

"I wanted to post a good word about AG, specifically their supervisor Al. I was reluctant to use any lawn company based on some dealings with some very shady people. However, I have really bad seasonal fungus and was unable to control this myself. I have been using AG for a couple years. Recently Al showed up at my home. Frankly, I have no idea why he was here. I never complained about anything or escalated any issues. I suspect either AG proactively does this as routine customer service or the tech escalated a particularly bad fungus outbreak to him. Either way this reflects very good on the AG leadership. We discussed my issue. Al was very knowledgeable, professional and has a wonderful personality. He addressed my concern and I am very pleased how this whole situation was handled. Anyone reading this who has a lawn service must ask if they received similar proactive customer service. "Am extremely pleased with this entire transaction. Nick was very responsive to my phone calls, working around my travel dates. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and placed the sod in exact position so that it cleared my flower beds nicely. When finished, Nick provided detailed instructions on watering and getting chemical treatment. Am looking forward to a healthy, green lawn sans weeds."

"We called Troy to re-mulch our existing landscaping (10 cubic yards) and he provided that service at a good price, on time and exactly as we ordered. During that service we mentioned we wanted to have some major additional landscaping work done and he told us he could do that as well. The price he quoted was fair and the work quality was excellent, done efficiently and on the schedule he promised. Troy, Jay and Vince were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for any landscaping needs, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

"His price is phenomenal; it's like $75 a month.  We've had him for years.  We told him that he's totally  under-priced his services, but I've referred him to so many people that he's like I'll leave you at that price.  He's A across the board.  He's very responsive when you have a concern and he's always worried about if he misses.  If he can't be here at a time he'll just stop by to tell you hey, I'm gonna work in the shop, I'll be by tomorrow or whatever. "

"I'm giving 5 stars for the prompt service they provided both on the phone and at my house personally when it came to discussing the issues I have with my yard. I have hired them to aerate my lawn and service my lawn once a month. They are scheduled to start the first week of January.
