"Working with Dwayne was an absolute pleasure.  A true professional, honest and straight forward, and knowledgeable.  He and his crew did an excellent job.  Before installing the mulch, they pulled weeds that were missed by another company that had just done the work six weeks earlier.  He and his crew are very meticulous.
On our initial walk-thru, Dwayne noticed some issues with our lawn that our lawn pest control company has not properly addressed.  He provided the details I needed to contact the company and have them address.  When he was out today to install the mulch, he noticed that the problem hadn't been addressed.  He happened to have the necessary chemical to deal with the issue and offered to spot treat the problem at no additional cost even though this was another company's problem.
After our initial meeting to discuss the work to be done, he called with a quote and a scheduled date to perform the service.  Due to rain, he was delayed a day and made a point to call and keep us posted on when he'd be able to do the work.  A one day delay was no problem for us.  We were so pleased with this experience working with Dwayne and his crew that we have already asked him to schedule trimming all of our shrubs and intend to do that on a regular schedule now that we have found someone that we feel we can rely on.  All in all, a great first experience!  Great customer service!
