After each day’s work, they walked our entire property with a big magnet in order to retrieve any errant nails or screws. They swept all hardscape (driveway, deck, sidewalks), picked scraps out of the gravel landscaping, and even skimmed the pool and fished out things that had fallen in and sunk to the bottom. They always were on time and worked efficiently and effectively. The few new tiles that were needed were incorporated seamlessly and in the least visible areas. The result speaks for itself. We gladly would hire Spencer’s Roofing again. Although, they do such quality work, we likely won’t need to call them for 20 years!"

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"Really great people, take their service seriously. They are a little pricey, but the quality of their work is definitely worth it, and their customer service is outstanding. I have a large two-story concrete tile roof that needed the underlayment replaced and their crew worked like a machine. The owners stayed on the premises for the entire three days to supervise. My neighbor hired them after watching them work on my roof and they brought out a second large crew to do the underlayment and repairs that roof which was done in one day during the same time my roof was being done. They have the resources and the talent to get your job done professionally and quickly."
