"The job was done in a proficient and professional manner. The painting crew came in and went over the work to be done to confirm color choices and rooms to be painted. We had already moved all necessary furniture and the crew covered everything with tarps. The work was done very cleanly and fast. "The work provided by Tschida Painting is thorough and complete. All of my concerns were addressed with knowledge and confidence. He kept me informed about day to day activity, time-frame, details about the condition of my house and answered all of my questions with past experience. Friendly conversation that helped me learn about his work all along the way. After listening to his quote for the job and walking around the property I felt confident in hiring his service. He is able to point out problems and areas that need work prior to paint application to protect my investment and keep him moving forward. This was my first time having my exterior house painted. I would quickly hire Clint again. Nice guy, hard worker and exceeded my expectations. Interior painting rates for work during the winter were offered as well."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
