"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! In one day, they had the railroad ties out! They did careful work so as to minimize damage to our lawn and our neighbor's lawn. 
They had some great recommendations regarding straightening our wall and improving the overall look of the finished product. 
Very easy to work with and responsive when anything changed (even the small things). Since I'm not well versed in landscaping, hardscaping or retaining walls, it was nice to have someone walk me through the process, beginning to end. 
All in all, we met with several top rated landscapers found on Angie's List, and ACT was by far the best overall. Their prices, quality of work and materials used can't be beat. Trust me, I've looked around. 
Would love to use them for another project in the future, but I know it won't be the retaining wall, which is here to stay!!
