"The kitchen is beautiful and so functional that it is easy to keep clean. I must recognize Rachel and Jerry P. Because Rachel’s eye for design added so much to the awesome beauty of this kitchen and it’s harmony with the rest of the house. Jerry did all of the construction and takes pride in being sure the customer is involved and delighted in the finished product! There are so many beautiful custom details that he made possible! Kitchens By Design worked with us every step of the way to be sure we loved our kitchen! The kitchen has been done for 18 and I can honestly say that everything is working beautifully! When we had problems with our cabinet source, (no fault of KBD) Jerry and Scott took care of the issue. They decided to no longer sells the line. I want to thank Scott Byrd, Jerry and Rachel for the very hard work of creating a beautiful, spacious kitchen in a small space, not to mention staying on budget!"

"They did an excellent job of getting my cabinets fitted with the pull-out shelves in a few hours and they work great. Since this was a custom order, they made sure to keep me up-to-date on the shipping status. The shelves were installed within a couple of days of their arrival. "Jason gave us a couple options. The one we picked ended up looking great. They had to glue the cabinet door together and put some 5in. screws in. They shored up the other door just to be on the safe side. Jason was very careful and did a great job of covering the screws."
