"This moving company offered exceptional service with a four man crew. All of them were friendly and very professional. My crew members were Fredo, Mario, Lalo, and Dre. AI estimated my move would take between 7-8 hours, but this crew of superhumans knocked it out in 5.5 hours without breaking or scratching a thing. They wrapped many of our items to ensure everything was well protected and managed to fit our 4 bedroom (plus office) home in one load in a 26 foot truck! "We were moving my Mom from a 2-story, 4 bedroom home to a one story, 2 bedroom duplex. All aspects of the move went very well from scheduling and booking and answering all questions leading up to the day of the move. Omar was very responsive and helpful often anticipating the questions or answering very quickly via email to any we sent. We received a call the morning before the move to confirm the larger pieces that were being moved along with other details. The crew called when they were on there way and arrived a few minutes ahead of time. They took time to go through the entire house to fully understand all pieces that were being moved. They were very careful wrapping the furniture and loading the truck as well as disassembling furniture and disconnecting appliances then reassembling/reconnecting at the new duplex. Very professional and courteous! Will hire again! Moving isn't fun, but these guys took the pain out of it!"

"After my initial call for an estimate, I received very prompt attention for a free on-site estimate. Some of our belongings were in a storage facility near our house, and Larry followed me from the house to the storage unit, to be sure that he gave us an accurate quote for all contents of both the house and storage unit. His assured us that the price we paid would not go higher than the quote. I was impressed with Larry's professional and personal manner, his attention to detail, and his absolute honesty. He told me that his quote would probably not be the cheapest quote, but they would give the best of care, and that they had a lot of experience with some of the specialty items we needed moved. He described the special care that they would give some of our items, and, indeed he was extremely knowledgeable on preparation of all items for the move. Other moving companies told us that they would do things that seemed like taking "short-cuts" or showed that they just did not have the expertise and knowledge of how to handle our more delicate or "special care" items. We hired Heritage Moving & Storage for our move, based on their honesty and substantial difference in expertise and experience. The cost was only a little more than the other companies we got estimates from, and Larry and his crew proved to be worth every penny we paid. All crew members were knowledgeable, responsible professionals, and treated our belongings with the utmost care. They're even experts in the placement of furniture, and helped me in arranging the furniture in the best location of each furniture piece, when I asked for help. They really know what they are doing!! Ours was a large, 2-truck, 5-man move, with a 2+hour drive each way, and they managed to do it all in one day!! I'm sure it was a very difficult move, with the challenge of thunderstorms which popped up throughout the day, but they kept a positive attitude, arrived at the final destination on time, and waited out the brief storms with a cheerful attitude and assurance to me that the storms would pass, and they would not leave us until the job was completed. They held to their promise!! A long, exhausting one-day, but they stayed the course, and, at the end of the day, it felt more like we were among devoted, caring family members than hired professionals! They took GREAT care of us, as well as our belongings!! Not one scratch, dent or mishap! All of our appliances and furniture were installed, connected and put back together, except for one mirror, which inadvertently was left with the dresser, but not screwed in place. I'm sure that the long, exhausting day, and weather challenges had something to do with the small, inadvertent oversight in such a big move. When I later mentioned the mirror to Larry, he sent one of the crew members all they way back to attach it. It was a quick, minor task that we hated to waste their time and trouble of the long trip back for, but we could not screw it on ourselves, due to health conditions. Larry wanted to make it perfect! And he and the professional who came out to re-attach the mirror DID make it PERFECT!!! Our full gratitude goes out to Larry & his crew at Heritage Moving & Storage for the BEST experience ever in moving!!! We very highly recommend Heritage Moving & Storage!"
