"I hired Concrete Masters to do a small job. The concrete work was done, is exactly what was requested and expected. However, my rating is based on the fact that when the workers were jackhammering, they broke an irrigation line. They didn't have a sprinkler person readily available to repair, so the pipe repair took a few days to accomplish - understandable. But when the final bill arrived, they tried to charge me a large amount for the repair. When I discussed the additional charge with the company, they did eventually reverse that charge. So overall, the project was completed as requested, just with a bit more headache than expected."
