"Having dealt with other roofing contractors prior to selecting Granada, we went in skeptical and guarded. Carlos was our primary contact and he was such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He assured us that they would be straightforward in their dealings and their work would be quality work that we would be pleased with. We had a very difficult journey in getting our work approved by the insurance company followed by having to deal with dishonest contractors during the bid/quote process.
