"SavATree lawn fertilization service so far has been excellent, but they are expensive compared with other local area lawn services. They performed a soil sample and provided the first crabgrass/fertilization treatment. The employees that I have dealt with David Kolb and Brian (don't know his last name) are knowledgeable, friendly, and have good customer service skills. I'm holding out on giving them a 5 star rating because it really takes a year to two years to see the results of a new lawn fertilization service, and we are just starting that process."

Each service is provided with a note left on our door, detailing exactly what was done and any suggestions or needs for the yard. Any needed re-sprays for weeds are included at no extra charge. All it takes is a simple e-mail or phone call to Spring-Green. Along those lines, Debbie has been fantastic in communicating services, answering questions, and relaying lawn knowledge. They came back out for grub worms and they called ahead of time and let us know it will be this much should we do it. I've been using them for 4 years."

"We have a contract for, I guess they do like pre-emergent weed stuff, fertilizing and things like that for us. We?ve had that contract with them for 10 years. So, we are obviously satisfied customers. I just don?t pay a lot of attention. They come when they say they?re coming. We have gone into the office, which is not too far from where we live. Their customer service has always been very good. It?s a small office, but everybody there is very friendly. My husband has never had any concerns. When they say they are coming out to do something, they are here.  <br /> <br /> I would say they are probably very good with price too, because my husband would be looking for somebody else if they weren?t. Our lawn looks great! We are big fans, obviously! We have recommended them as well. We have an annual contract. They come out and they do weed prevention and fertilizing. If we needed other things, they do offer other services, which we have not needed to take advantage of. I believe they do insect control as well. Our services with them is strictly for the lawn."

"A stellar job as always! Jeff Walton responded promptly to our request for an estimate and walked around the property with my husband, pointing out issues and suggesting remedies. It being the "busy" season we were told two weeks out was expected but we received a call yesterday (one week later) asking us if we wished to take an appointment spot that had opened up. The crew arrived at the promised time this morning and got right to work. There was major trimming to be done and as my husband noted tonight that when it was done, it was done in such a way so you do not realize just how much of the tree was removed. Misshapen limbs (threatening walkway and driveway), feeder branches, dead branches; all were removed. When we were leaving for the office this morning the two gentlemen working on our "front and center" tree were having an earnest discussion as to just which limbs needed to be cut. They had already removed a number of branches and were "cleaning" up the look of the tree. It was reassuring to know that the tree that is directly in front of our house was receiving the very best of care. Every one of the trees (seven in all) look fantastic. We thought they looked nice before; we were unaware of what a good trimming would do to enhance that look. As for clean up, you would never know they had been here. We were walking through foot deep cutting debris this morning; when we returned home this evening there is not a loose twig on the ground. They were even conscientious enough to take down wind chimes and sun catchers that were on branches being cut and move them to adjacent "safe" branches (something I totally forgot needed to be done!). As our arborist told us, "Your trees are happy trees." Happy trees, even happier homeowners! "Service.Excellent.  All service conducted on time and very professionally performed.   We have used Quality Lawn & landscaping for over eight years for mowing, edging, mulching and fall and spring cleanup and have found no fault with their service.  We have recommended Quality Lawn & Landscaping to our neighbors and their satisfaction has resulted in thier continued use of their  service. <br /> I have had one unfortunate incident with their service which was the result of a mower scratching my RV parked in front of my house.  When I notified Quality Lawn & Landscaping they acknowledged their fault and immediately reasured me that they would have my vehicle repaired.  True to their word the vehicle was repaired at Quality landscaping expense.  I could not ask for a more professional response to an unintential accident. <br />"
