The communication was timely and easy. You all made making payments simple. The quality of the materials and workmanship were beyond expected. The only delay was due to me not reading an email so I apologize for that. Selvin and his crew were so nice and professional. There were no delays. Even the clean up was done within 24 hrs of the completion. Our deck is now beautiful but more importantly, safe to use. Oh, and the stair lights are amazing!! Thank you all for a great experience."

They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. Their employee arrived on time, with samples, explained the options, later provided an estimate in writing, and was very thorough. It took several weeks to get on their schedule to get the work done. I was contacted about 48 or 72 hours before the work was to start. The installer arrived on time, removed the old decking and rail cap, installed additional joists and the new Fiberon decking. Very clean installation."

The day they were scheduled to come replace my fence they no-showed and I had to call the office around 4 pm to find out they weren't coming because a job was running late. The rescheduled installation was a day I was in the office. The crew said the outlet in my back yard wasn't working, so they left without calling me or ringing the doorbell to ask about it (the circuit just needed to be reset, which my partner at home could have done). I didn't find out until several hours later when the office called to tell me the crew had left. The fence finally got installed, and a few days later a neighbor found nails in two of his tires. The crew claimed they performed a metal sweep of the area, but now the neighbor is trying to get me to replace his tires. Finally, the gate latch got damaged somehow, possibly in a storm that happened a few days after the fence install, and HAL wanted $130 to replace the latch. I bought a latch kit off Amazon for $30 and did it myself."
