Once the approval came in and the weather permitted, the roof was replaced (had the gutters done also) very professionally and very quickly! The job was completed as advertised and as expected. The follow-up inspection was completed in the same professional manner and any concerns/questions I had were addressed and/or answered. "A&M Roofing were great. Dave was diligent and patient in his approach to getting our roof and Portico replaced. He responded to multiple callbacks (representation with insurance company, initiated by me) and after about 3 months of waiting, was able to get the roof work done in a couple of weeks. For the portico, the only surprise was that once work began, i was told that railings need to be removed for them to do the work. That was additional cost that i had not anticipated (had to get a handyman to do it) Overall, i would recommend them to anyone getting any roofing related work. Thanks to them again."

"Needed to replace our 20 year old roof. Timothy's installed the last roof for the previous owners. Called and Russ came out the same day. Felt he gave me honest advice about what needed to get done. No pressure tactics. Got another quote from a reputable company and Timothy's quote was better by about $700. We decided to replace the flat roof and gutters in addition to the main roof. Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. Very happy with the result and looking forward to a worry-free and reliable roof."

"I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning."

"I interviewed four roofing companies to do the work on my house. I quickly discarded 2 bidders and negotiated with the remaining two. Lyons was the most flexible and cost competitive so I selected them to replace the existing shingles, gutters and downspouts and put covers over the gutters to prevent clogging. The Lyons technicians arrived as scheduled and began work immediately. I was called by Tom Patrilli shortly after they began work to let me know that there was an issue with the existing plywood decking in the back portion of the house. It showed signs of severe undulations that could make resale of the house an issue if not addressed. After I inspected the roof myself and further consultation with Tom and his project leader, I decided to have them remove the existing decking that was bad, level the supporting rafters below and install new plywood decking to fix the problem. Lyons did a terrific job of making the entire roof look solid and level. The crew worked tirelessly to get it right so that the problem would never reoccur. This was truly a case of the contractor and the homeowner working together to agree on a solution. The results exceeded my expectations. At the completion of the work, the project leader did a final inspection and made sure that all of the work was correct before leaving. Lyons are a credit to their trade. "I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."
