"The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?"

From the moment I put in my information requesting professionals to install a retaining wall, I was amazed at the prompt response of Pg Landscaping 360 LLC and with the follow through. Mr. Garcia called within a few minutes of my posting, and came out to my property within a few hours to assess the project and give me a bid. He then had a written estimate emailed to me the same day! We started the project the very next week, and everything was completely organized with loads of blocks, dirt, gravel, and equipment. Each day, all materials needed were there timely, so the project went very smoothly. Mr. Garcia and his team of workers were polite, efficient, and the hardest workers I've ever seen! "Great value and friendly workers. They worked very hard and completed a massive project quickly. They promise a 20 year warranty and confirmed with me multiple times they would give me a receipt and a copy of paperwork and despite me confirming I never received any in hand or by email. I ended up having to take a picture of the paper they had me sign stating the work had been completed. No receipt for any money paid. Their card only lists a PO Box....but they did fantastic work on a budget. I would still recommend them for any project, just keep expectations on follow up and warranty limited."
