At no time did we feel pressured to go with Bel-Red, they simply pointed to examples of wear in our system and reasons to consider replacement versus repair (the latter being cost prohibitive based on the age of our system). Once we decided to replace they provided us many options to consider so we could make an informed decision. Although we plan to use them again when it comes time for our new system’s annual maintenance, their duct cleaning services was quite pricey when compared to other companies. There was a duct that had some substance spilled in it and he wiped it all out and there was another duct where the speculation is that a cat urinated into it. Jared did a special job of cleaning that duct and there is no smell left."

It was extremely valuable to me to get these tips from a seasoned professional. The van they used was pretty consolidated so it didn't take up too much room in the alley Robbie parked in.
