"Pros: - Friendly, helpful person answered the phone right away and was able to schedule the work for the same day (which was crucial to us) - They were able to come out even earlier than anticipated and then they were flex when that meant a slight delay for me meeting them. - The truck driver was easy to work with, friendly, and helpful. - The price was very reasonable. Cons: - Somehow they didn't believe me that the pallet was 12' long or they assumed that their truck, which is 12' long on the outside and which has dents in it, would hold 12' on the inside. They didn't ask the width (7' 7"). So, upon arrival, we discovered that the pallet wouldn't fit as they'd expected. - Learning this, they upped the price. Not by much but I did tell the person who answered the phone how long the pallet was and, if they needed more info, they should have requested it. - I think the driver was new: He didn't seem to realize (or didn't think of it at first) that he could lower the bed of the truck to the ground so he and I struggled at first to lift the pallet up into the truck. - Luckily, I had a saw available for the driver to shorten the pallet and friends who could come help lift it. Without that, they would have had to leave w/o completing the job. Usually upping the price like that would have lowered the review even more. However, they did get the job done even earlier than expected and the driver was very friendly and hard-working."
