We had decided to remove the screens and needed the upper windows stabilized so they would not fall down with the screen out. Steve volunteered to come to the house to look the situation over, he was prompt, helpful, clever and had it all done in less than 2 hours (14 windows were involved). They have a great product and customer service . There was no charge ("We believe in taking care of our customers", he said.) We would use them again."
