"Friendly and knowledgeable, but I did feel like my job was very low on their list. I hired them to replace a leaking skylight; he came out and gave me a bid, which I accepted, for a custom size to fit the existing space. It was clear that the work would be scheduled when the unit had been received. All well and good, but when it actually arrived the issues started. Long story short, evidently the unit got misplaced or something and they had to order it again! I had to wait nearly three months for the install to finally happen. On the plus side, when I called to express concern at the weight of the water building up between the layers of the old one, they did come out and drill through the top layer to release the pressure, at no additional cost. So four stars - great customer service but lacking a level of organization. Who loses a skylight?"

"Did a fantastic job. Cleaned up all of small item and checked for any nails that might have fell from roof when removing old roof. They took before and after pictures so we could see what was going on. Very nice group of workers. Would and have recommended them to neighbors."
