"I would say use Krown roofing to anyone who reads this hands down. First the estimate and bidding process was informative and professional. not only does Krown offer a 30 year lifetime waranty on the roof for any repairs or water damage, They are GAF certified so the roof is registered with GAF (the manufacturer of all the roofing products used) for thirty years. If I sell my home the new owner can be transfered in this warranty. The bid includes: up to 5 sheets plywood replaced; Tiger paw roof deck protection; all vents replaced with quality metal vents; Storm guard leak barrier; Corbra snow country roof ridge vent (this benefits the life of your roof and replaces all roof vents except for exaust vents). Timberline shingles including roof ridge and flashing for all edges and gutters. I also added Leaf relief gutter protection to the bid. The work: tear down, plywood repair and installing all roofing products were complete in one day. The next day Mike came by to install the leaf relief gutter protecters and do a final walk through/ review of the work. Mike then did a final yard walk through to pick up any small debris left in the yard from the day before. He handed my GAF warranty which he registerd for me and it's all done. This is a professional job and all the neighbors want to know who did the work because the roof really stands out on the steet I live on. the final price is exactly what the bid was for. I would like to add the bid was $5,000-$7,000 less than other bids, so the price was reasonable. "I had received a re-roofing quote from Cornerstone 5 years ago but elected to get a few more years out of our shake roof through cleaning, moss control treatment, and a handful of replacement shakes. With the existing shakes now 21 years old, our house was beyond ready for a new roof, so we contacted Cornerstone again. To select them, I had references from an independent source, looked at other homes they worked on, utilized Angie's List reviews, and reviewed the CertainTeed website. The Cornerstone proposal was very comprehensive and provided us with a lot of confidence our new roof would be installed professionally with no cutting of corners. We found the installation crew to be very conscientious and hard workers. There was one small glitch that the management crew jumped on quickly so as not to be a concern on our part. The final inspection of the roof was done by Juan, who was incredibly meticulous in double-checking to be sure all the terms specified in the contract were complied with (metal flashing and gable vent closures are a couple examples). All-in-all, Cornerstone did not disappoint. We are very pleased with the final product and have received compliments from several walkers going by on the appearance of the new roof and gutters."

"We are so glad that we chose Bluegrass Construction for our second story deck replacement. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They are very good at communication and worked with our schedule. Some changes had to be made to the deck to correct mistakes of the original builder. Bluegrass staff explained what they saw needed to happen and the reason for it. They also uncovered issues affecting our siding that we are going to have them come back and address in the spring. We were so impressed with them even before they started our project that we contracted them to rebuild my mother’s cedar deck. It turned out beautiful and is much better constructed than the original. The front porch railings also added to the appearance of our home and made it easier for older family members to climb the rounded flagstone step. I with we had done this several years earlier."
