"Javier and Ricardo showed up on time with what seemed a state of the art new machine equipped with flash camera which showed us the cloud of dust twirling inside the ducts (and the dust-free clean passages after the vacuuming of the ducts). They exhibited pleasant attitudes throughout the whole five hours they worked at our home and treated our furniture with much care. They welcomed our inspection of their work and answered all of our questions. They even returned a small gold and sapphire ring found in a floor vent. Their treatment does not just blowsdust towards the main return, but actually uses a rotating flexible brush that loosens accumulated dirt as it sucks impurities on the spot. They cleaned all the cover grids of vents and returns, leaving them looking new. Then they fogged the entire duct system with relaxing lavender disinfectant purifier. Now our air conditioner blows crispier and dust no longer accumulates so quickly on the furniture. By the way, they also checked for mold and leaks. Their prices were much more competitive than those of other providers. We are very appreciative of their good job."

"The owner helped us with understanding this new ionizer technology and had to be contacted again about placing them in a better place in the HVAC system to increase ion output into the living space.  The ionizers are a bit pricey for such small units.  They help to kill germs in the home and remove new house construction VOCS, but we were disappointed that they did not remove all of the fumes. One email was not returned, but overall we had a good experience."
