"I got a call from Kyle around 4:55 pm. He said he was able to come out around 7 pm, keep in mind, Hyper Flow closes at 5 pm. Kyle came out of his way after hours, ran a camera through my sewer line, snaked out the line, and then showed me on the camera the second time that the line was clearish. My main sewage line has been building up for a few years. Kyle gave me 3 different estimates for futures maintenance. I have already made an appointment for Kyle to come back out and do some more work. He is very up front, honest, and caring. He isn't just trying to get paid, Kyle is aware that life happens and works with customers to do what works best financially for the customer at the time of the job. "Went great! Mike was on time and gave me a 15-minute courtesy call before he arrived. Very friendly. I explained what my situation where I explained that the installer said my line was not going to last very long. He then evaluated the line himself and found that the line was actually in good condition and that it just needed to be connected to the main water line downstairs. I had just bought the house and wasn't quite sure where the main line was. He found it quickly, flushed the sitting water and then connected the line. He gave me things to watch out for that might occur in the next day or so and if anything was to happen to give him a call immediately.
