"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"My house (and pool shed) was long overdue for an exterior paint job, they recommended a contractor who replaced rotted exterior then they power washed, sanded down remaining chipped paint, removed hardware, then primed and painted. I went to a very dark base color and white trim and it ended up needing an additional coat but it all came out good in the end and the cost was still reasonable. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"My walls were a mess. There was remaining wallpaper behind a radiator that was there for about 70 years or so. The plaster walls were a mess and that is why I decided to wallpaper it. Well Gary did a fantastic job of making the room look like a newly built addition. The seams are non-existent and he managed to stretch the wallpaper even though we were short a roll. Very reasonably priced too!"

"We are extremely happy with the jobs Moura Painting has done in our home. Eurico came over the same afternoon I called for an estimate. He explained everything the job would entail and the cost. Upon starting the job he is always on time, courteous, friendly and updates us on the progress of the job each day. Although there is a lot of sanding done, there is no dust and prior to the start of the job everything gets covered. "Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."

"This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

"It was a pleasure working with Joe and Wendy. Their crew was incredible. They arrived at 8:00 and were pulling out of the driveway at 2:00. The roof is beautiful and the yard was immaculate after the job was done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. The dumpster was gone the next morning. Joe and Wendy returned the next day to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."

From the first meeting to talk about my pool patio project and get a quote he was extremely helpful explaining every step of the process and providing specific recommendations based on the specifics. He was extremely understanding when I decide to make a few changes to the original plan and responded to my texts or calls expeditiously. The day the project began, his team showed up on schedule bright and early and provided some suggestions to enhance layout of the pool deck. Overall their workmanship, attention to detail and communication throughout the process was excellent and I will be using them for other future projects and highly recommend them to friends and family"
