My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

Arrived on time and described what was involved with the service and pricing including dryer vent cleaning, clean vent tray cavity, replace outside vent cover. Discovered birds nest just inside the outside vent exhaust pipe and removed it. Then Roy performed a thorough vent pipe cleanout and serviced the lint tray cavity. Installed a new bird proof exhaust cover. I felt the pricing was high, especially for the vent cover, $98, but Roy stated that it comes with a lifetime warranty which covers free replacement and cleanout should the cover become compromised."
