This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Fine, Jack was quite nice to deal with, arrived on time after hours to fit our (7 pm) schedule. He came fully prepared with his license, insurance paperwork, references, etc. Looked at our project, came up with estimate on the spot. He also offered us a 10 percent discount to do both windows at the same time as we were undecided as to do one or two. The price above reflects that discount. He was very good about following up with us a few days later and answering any questions. In the end we found a number of lower bids (those did not include the dirt haul away, so that might be important to some) and we chose one of those."

"Our mobile home has a long driveway - 1/2 of which is concrete. We purchased a new mobile home in 2000 which was 20 feet longer than the original home on this lot. We needed old, cracked concrete removed and a new, longer concrete portion installed. Bailey Concrete & Masonry had been referred to us by a relative who had used them to make their new concrete porch and steps. Bailey Concrete arrived the night before job started and placed some equipment on the property, then arrived the next morning at 8am as promised and finished by early afternoon. Workers had to remove some of the mobile home skirting to access the driveway as well as move a central a/c unit out of the construction area. The next day, workers returned to remove concrete forms, replaced our mobile home skirting (which required the workers to trim about 2" off some of the skirting pieces - due to the new height of the superior concrete driveway) and back-filled edges of driveway by lawn to eliminate any gaps between driveway and lawn. Workers also reinstalled our back porch steps (which are wooden) to the home by cutting and leveling 4 x 4 supports for the stairs and even repaired our top stair step which had become loose from the frame. They also placed the a/c unit back into position on the new concrete pad. Workers then cleaned up all tools and debris (including the skirting trim and wooden trim pieces previously mentioned) and removed same from the property. The result is fantastic! Everything is straight, level and beautiful. Our neighbors also commented that their 2 young sons (ages 10 and 8) watched the workers' progress and asked (many) questions, and the workers were kind and patient with the boys. We are very happy with the result and are asking ourselves why we waited as long as we did!"
