"We have used JMS in the past and were very happy to hire John and his crew back for an additional job. We have been slowly renovating our basement to make a large play-area/entertainment space. We did some of the work ourselves but had JMS come in to frame, plumb, and finish a bathroom and do all the drywalling, taping and mudding for the entire space. He did some framing for a specialty door and installed a baseboard heater and finished all the trim around 3 windows. John is great in working with the homeowners in delivering just what they want. He always spells out exactly the work that is intended and itemizes the bill so that we could work with him on items we could take care of ourselves. He has always started the work within 2-5 days of accepting the estimate. His guys are friendly, professional and talented and they always leave the space cleaner than when they arrived. John stays in close contact with us to ensure that everything is to our liking and we rarely have to wait more than an hour or two for an e-mail response to a question.
