He explained what he was going to do and then got up on the roof to take measurements. After calling his office, Mr. Cook came out promptly to inspect and advise us. He installed our roof in 2006 during an emergency situation and we were so impressed with his work and professionalism then that we did not hesitate to ask him now (we also tried other companies because there was more on the outside to do but they did not return our calls). Fortunately he found nothing wrong with the roof itself and no water damage, we did need very minor carpentry work (fascia board) and as we had to do exterior painting at the same time, it was decided that the painting company would take care of that.  

However, if the time comes that our roof needs to be replaced we will certainly ask Mr. Cook. We were very satisfied with his 2006 job. They worked very clean, efficient. I had checked his ref. list personally and talked with various homeowners who had their roofs done at various times and the fact that this company stands behind their work, be it 1, 5 or 10 years out was the reason I hired them then and will in the future.
