"<p>Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that. </p> <br />"

"<p>  I contacted Fence Solutions along with four other companies for estimate on 1.5 acres of mixed fencing. Only two returned my call. I can't stress enough the importance to utilize a call back system even if you can't do the work. Brandt was close by and came the same day. He took measurements and we talked about what I was looking for. We have four rescue dogs that made the full time transition with us to this property and in doing so altered game trails by roaming free. My husband is looking forward to hunting but not with them !!! In order for him to get chain link for dogs I wanted white rails across the front. Brandt came up with several price points and after numerous phone calls and at least one more trip to re-measure he came up with perfect mix of chain link, dog wire and rails to fit our budget.  I discussed with Brandt about future work and he made note of it so we could tie in more white rail down the drive and  to continue across front of property and not have to dig up and destroy work that's been paid for. The property also has a few challenges- it is deeply sloped and hilly. At the back of fence to be shared with horses it starts to become sandy. Brandt and his crew addressed each one and Dale came up with a fix for the slight wash where bottom of fence didn't meet the ground. Regular fence anchors weren't long enough and with sandy soil wouldn't last with 100 lb dog worming under. He incorporated another rail -like you see in professional kennels- and then used stretchers hammered into ground and tied to bottom rail...How cool!!!  This weekend we finished the front deck rails -dogs could jump on it and get out of fenced area- and although my hounds have been looking for a way to get out they haven't. Note: I didn't want to see chain link through my white rail fence and Brandt put up dog wire secured with screws and washers and you can't see it. I am very pleased with work done at house. Everyone on crew was friendly and when I asked questions they had answers. We will definitely be using Fence Solutions again.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"
