I doubled checked their findings to confirm that they weren't boosting the job or citing unneeded work; they were accurate and honest."

It is poor practice to ask if Friday is an acceptable day to return a carpet and get the answer,"Yes but we need it for the weekend". Then deliver it on Sunday without explanation. "John showed up on-time. I am a woman who was home alone at the time. He made me feel very comfortable. He looked at all the carpet, found stains I did not even notice myself. He vacuumed all the carpets, corners and edges especially. All furniture that could not be moved he lifted and placed Styrofoam squares under the legs. The pieces he could move, he moved and when he replaced them he put them on Styrofoam squares to protect both the carpet and furniture.  My new doggie had piddled on two corners of my sofa and John cleaned that. He then cleaned all the carpets and removed every single stain. There were a couple that were especially deep. John put a cleaner on those areas and assured me it was non-toxic.  He told me if I found any stains I could just call him and he would come right back out.  When he left the carpet was already just about dry and the house smelled great. I will use him again and recommend him highly. He gave me a phone quote and it was right on. No overcharge for having to do the extra cleaning he did. <br />"
