Leonard quoted me $1,200 and then had two guys spend three hours each, laid down some bark and sprayed with organic weed killer that didn't work. The weeding was sloppy and the job was not worth that much. He offered to come back and do some more work, but I wasn't trusting that I'd get what I wanted, so I offered to pay him $750 for the work he did, which he accepted.
