"Called them 745 Tuesday morning. Outside temp about 0, so had to get furnace working again quickly. They arrived within 1 hour as promised. Breaker was about 40 years old, not repairable, had to install new breaker panel as old units not available for repair. Not surprised as I had heard this was an issue. They got parts for new full breaker panel, had old panel torn out and furnace back on by 2PM that day.
