Felt like I could have built a new chimney for the price. I called Cerrato, spoke with Irma and they came out that evening to look at the chimney. I received the proposal the next morning. Irma and Valentin were very professional and extremely nice. I expressed the need to get the repair done quickly, because I was getting my house ready to put on the market. We came to an agreement on the work to be done and the price - which was very reasonable, signed the contract and the work was completed within 24 hours.
