James handled everything, from getting and installing the new generator to electrical and fuel (propane) connections. We have asked him to schedule us for the annual maintenance on the machine. We are pleased, though we haven't lost power since it was installed, LOL. "

For this reason, I cannot recommend this company. It would have been better to work with a company that charges an hourly rate. I will never use this company again- the fees they charge for the service rendered despite their politeness and friendliness are simply too costly. The determination that a pump servicing a fountain needed to be replaced cost me $500 plus their inspection fee. Outrageous!"

And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"
