They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"I needed a soffit / facia repair done. Don came out and explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. The price was great for the work done and better, he was able to come out the same week to do the job. He and his crew were out when they said they'd be out and completed the work in the time he gave. The actual work looks amazing and so much nicer than what was there. I have an old house and there's always something unexpected when work is done, this being no exception. Thankfully, it was a small issue, but it was taken care of. His methods are a little shaky so I don't know about the warranty but so far so good!"
