The installer called me the week before to find an agreeable time for me to do the installation, as well as the night before to make sure the time still worked for me. The door actually came in earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after he was done. The door is excellent quality and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another thing to keep in mind they offered to come out and measure after I got home from work as well as actually install it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take off from work."
