"I woulid give this a NEGATIVE 100 if possible. This is the worst experience of my life. First they said they don't subcontract out their work, they use their own employees and vehicles, which was a bold faced lie. They then got a contractor whom they have had known theft problems with and let him into my home. This guy took my belongings to an undisclosed location and then HELD THEM FOR RANSOM. He called me several times asking for money and also asked PFM for money before he would even allow access to my belongings. Over the next 3 months my property was held 'somewhere in the midst'. This wasn't just one person, it was many families over a few states and PFM kept quiet about it. They even stopped answering my calls for awhile until the police were involved. This is a known case in Colorado and many other states. When i finally did get my property 3 months after scheduling it, the most valuable pieces were missing and much of my property was damaged.... to the tune of over $87,000. "

"My first time using a moving company. I had to move my mothers stuff out of our house into a nursing home. I had reached out to 4 moving companies by email all at once. OCL Moving Inc was the only one who responded. Omar the owner called not even 30mins later after I sent that email. He was pleasant to talk to, easy to work with and clear on pricing. He was also professional and informational, he made sure we had the proper paperwork lined up in order to move into the nursing home. Which I did not know was needed until he mentioned. His team called before they headed over and came in on time, and were polite and friendly. Omar stopped by himself to check in. Everything was packed up carefully and moved out & in carefully. Directions were followed well, his team placed the bed and night stands where I needed. The whole process went smoothly. "Their price was the best and I was skeptical after reading other reviews where people said they increased the price upon arrival. I inquired about this and my sales rep said this is usually for additional items not included in the quote, which makes sense. As I was packing I called Aaron to add things so there were no surprises at the cost of my move. The guys showed up on time and drove my furniture to my elderly parents' house in Delaware, where they kindly set up the bed at no extra charge. Aaron was wonderful and responsive the whole time. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend."
