The technician suggested I switch to a 6-month air filter, to reduce the number of filter exchanges over the year, and he gave me a link to a supplier he used. I ordered two filters, using the link, but unfortunately the link was to the wrong filter, and I had to sent them back. When I contacted Cedar Creek about the problem, he offered to reimburse me for the cost of shipping the filters back, and to provide a free servicing next year, which was going above and beyond what I expected."
