He came back, figured out what the problem was, fixed it and everything is fine. He's very professional, explained everything to us and he did minimal downtime. He did a lot of pre-prep to have things ready so that the amount of time for water to be turned off was minimal. We were very pleased with the work he did. His price was a little bit less than the others."
