"There is a reason why they have the reviews they do. We got a quote for the services we specifically asked for. Our house was painted new with watered down flat paint. We requested the ceiling be painted we could not decide whether or not to go a flat white or same color as the walls. Ron suggested to do a Flat white. Glad we listened to that advice. So the ceiling got 2 coats of ceiling paint. The walls got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. (Benjamin Moore). They fixed a lot of poor quality spots in the walls and ceiling. When I spotted a spot they missed they just got it done. No gripes or complaints just done! The workers (Alex, Nathan and Miguel) were great! Got the job done 1 day ahead of expected. When we are ready to have the other rooms done we will be calling you again."

I texted him days in a row asking if he would be coming and he finally told me he wouldn't be able to make it that week. The next week came and the same exact thing happened, only he finally let me know what I expected- that he was abandoning my project. I offered him more money to complete my project but he didn't respond. His reputation on Angi had me excited about the quality of work for the price, but now Lone Star Painting Co has left me with a bunch of paint in my garage, an impatient HOA, and me having to try to book a painter in the middle of a busy season."
