"My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"

"This was our third time using Moving Ahead Services. Each time, I've done my due diligence and gotten quotes from a couple other companies, and Moving Ahead has consistently had competitive pricing, if not the best rate. Each time they have been extremely helpful and responsive through the process, and transparent when it comes to services and pricing-- I go into it knowing exactly what to expect and what I'll pay, and each time they have delivered exactly what they say they will. The crews are always friendly, professional, and careful with our things. 100% recommend."

"I think that the company should give you a correct amount and not change the amount after the first cleaning. I would suggest they come and look at the home they need to clean and give a correct $ amount instead of changing their price after being hired."

"It went very well, he was professional and took care of the problem in a timely manner and didn't make my family feel uncomfortable. He kept conversation and informed me on what to do after."

"The cleaning went well.  2 people came to clean and they were on time and courteous.  They asked questions about my home and what I needed done. Overall, I was happy with the result.
