"There were many workers on the first day when they removed the old shingles.  The workers did not stand around talking but work all the time. Come to find out our house, built in 1958, did not have felt under the shingles so some of the boards were rotted.  The guys replaced the bad boards, then put architectural  shingles on the house and installed some ventilators. One of the workers forgot to seal one of the vents so we had a leak with the next rain but as soon as Langley Roofing was informed of the problem, someone came out to repair it.  A painter came by later to take care of the water stain on the ceiling. Accidents happen but it was repaired well so we are happy with the overall work.   <br /> The old deck was removed in one day and the new one went up the second day.  The old lumber was hauled off a few days later. All the work by Langley Roofing was very well done and the workers were professional at all times. <br />"

"I had some issues with my roof having minor leaks during heavy rains. Jeff was quick to respond and get out to the house. He suggested some repairs and improvements to the gutter system while then doing a full maintenance of the roof. He and his crews did a great job and would certainly hire again."

"A couple of emails were exchanged and contact was promised, but never materialized. Caleb Bell did tell us they were 'quite busy' and if we could be patient he could come out the week of 5/15/2017 to talk with us about the job. We were glad to hear that business is so good for Sprout Roofing, but we have not heard another word from them! It is now 6/29/2017. The best I can give them is a C rating."

WE HAVE WORKED WITH MANY DIFFERENT CREWS DURING OUR REMODELING PHASES BUT WE HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH OR APPRECIATED A COMPANY AS MUCH AS HOPEWELL...EVERTHING THEY DID WAS PERFECTION.... "This is the second job completed by CRS and installation from Dave & Scotty. The window and door measurements were spot on, and the installation went great. Dave & Scotty always do a great job, they work well together and they kept me entertained with their banter. They will not leave or call a job complete until the customer is happy/satisfied and they are satisfied everything is completed and working properly. Scotty even adjusted my front door so it hung in the frame correctly and opened and closed smoothly. Little things mean a lot to professional installers. Thanks for the hard work guys!"

"Very well ! Michael and his crew ( 5) all are very polite, professional and detail oriented in their work assignment. The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. I waited 2 weeks to write this review in order to observe if any leaks or other concern that might arise. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. They started & finsihed the work within the specified time period mentioned by Michael Addisen. We definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and would like to engage them in our future home assignments."

"The estimator neglected to note that the gable was ~40 high on the service order. The guys came out but didn't have a ladder long enough to reach and had to return to office/warehouse to get a longer ladder. Other than that -the job went smoothly. They finished the job quickly. They informed me that my roof was within 5-7 years of the end of life based on his inspection and he showed me some wear issues on my roof."

They also did our siding and made very good suggestions on how to improve the appearance (curb appeal).
