After reviewing all the items, John explained how he worked out the prices that were fair and I accepted. He also provided some information about who could help me appraise some other items that had nothing to do with his business. Aside from being professional, and extraordinarily polite, he's also a gentleman. I would definitely do business with John again."

"He was very nice. He filled up our system with Freon, but it leaked again after a while. When I asked him to come out again for the furnace, it took a week for him to come out, and he said that it was the compressor. It took another week to come out with the compressor. When he did come out, the compressor was bad, and it took another week for him to come out with another compressor. After a month he was able to resolve the issue and it is working now. I didn’t like that I was the only one with a bad compressor, but wasn’t given priority even though I was on emergency heating for over a month."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
