"I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."

"The basement wall was built over vent. Richard the technician did a great job removing the old vent and installing the new one up to code. He had to remove the drop ceiling to access the vent to the outside. Then he drilled a perfect 4" hole in the cabinet above the dryer because the new vent had to be installed outside the wall and the cabinet was in the way. Rich was very professional, very precise and very informative. The entire job took a few hours and when he finished everything was cleaned up. "95% well- driver/technician = excellent -professioal-polite ;eventhough we were last appt of day and he ran into a problem hat cost him time - he did not rush the job or take any shortcuts to my knowledge. clean the very end part of cleaning the dryer vent ran into a problem and could not be worked out as he reached a blockage and he queried me as to how much further he should go and I stopped him. It was dark and he could not see on the roof the kind of vent it was. As it turned out when we could get onto the roof to see -the vent was angkled and if he had gone farther thinking it was a birds nest ,etc., it probably would have meant damage to the inside of vent and the problem wold not have been resolved anyway. As it turned out someone had to go on the roof and physically remove the vent deris to clear it."

"I am new on our Board and I am using companies from those that did excellent work before for our association. We had 2 other options that I was willing to contact but my thoughts were, "why change a good thing". I have records going back maybe 12 years or so and Armstrong was the only company our association used. In 8 cases out of our 18 units, additional "inside access to the dryer vent was necessary" and we agreed to have Armstrong come back and complete the cleanings at a small additional price. The prices were better than fair in my opinion and obviously, Armstrong represents itself well in the areas of punctuality, efficiency, price, cleanliness and doing the job well. I'm pleased. The remainder of the board is pleased and the only comments I have received from residents were positive. I trust Armstrong and I hope for a continued, long association. They are also licensed here in NH which is a new requirement for our attorney (and me) and I received their certificates within 2 days of requesting them. Overall, great company.
