"We were off to a good start on this project, however, I am very disappointed that there was no follow-through. When last I spoke to him, he was going to come by once a week to check on the progress of the lawn and then do the next step in 4-6 weeks. I never heard from him again. It has been well over 6 weeks. I could have pushed the issue, but I am not interested in chasing my pro. For the money, I paid out I would think the follow up would be included. Or at the very least, that he would do what he said. The work that was done was good, but unfortunately, that does not mean much if it is not finished."
