He happened to catch me at home today, knocked on the door and explained what he was going to do. After he was finished he took a leaf blower to the driveway where some of the granular fertilizer ended up. That's value added service. I appreciate that."

"Dennis showed up promptly for the appointment. Although I thought his initial quote was pricey, I went with him since I needed to take care of the leaves before the rain comes again. In retrospect, seeing how long it took three guys to remove all the leaves from our 1+ acre lot, his price was quite fair.
